What to Expect

  • Drop-in Office Hours: Twice weekly, open-format sessions. Bring any question (i.e. product, workflow, use case) and get real-time support from the Customer Experience team. Sign-up HERE.

  • Monthly Themed Sessions: A focused 45-minute walkthrough of a specific RentCheck feature, followed by live Q&A. Perfect for leveling up on tools you may not be using fully. Sign-up HERE.

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for open office hours. These sessions, led by a member of RentCheck's Customer Experience team, are ideal for:

  • Workflow optimization tips

  • Understanding how RentCheck applies to your specific use case

The first Tuesday of every month at 11:00am CST, we host a 45-minute themed session focused on a specific RentCheck feature. Each session includes a practical walkthrough and time for live Q&A.
