Downloading Units from RentVine

This article will guide you through the process of downloading a Units CSV file from RentVine and preparing it for upload into RentCheck using the Imports Hub.

Steps:

  1. Log in to RentVine. Once you're logged in, scroll down to the Reports section on the left hand bar.

  2. Scroll down to the right side of the Property reports column until you see Units.

  3. A new pop-up will appear. Here you’ll have the option to choose either All Units or Active Units. Select “Yes” for Active.

  4. Next, you’ll begin customizing your report. Click on the Columns option to customize which data will appear in your report.

  5. Using the drag and drop feature, make the following adjustments:

    1. Remove the following columns: Drag these to the “Available columns” section.

      • Unit

      • Property

    2. Add the following columns: Drag these to “Selected columns” section.

      • Address

      • Address 2

      • City

      • State

      • Postal Code

      • Beds

      • Full Baths

      • Half Baths

      • Property Type

  6. Once you've selected your columns, click Run Report to generate the data.

  7. After the report runs, export the report as a CSV.

Congratulations! You now have a units CSV file ready for upload into RentCheck.
