For setup instructions, see our Rentvine Integration guide.

If a property or unit from Rentvine isn’t appearing in RentCheck, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Confirm the unit is active and visible in Rentvine

Only active, visible units in Rentvine are synced to RentCheck. Check the following:

  • The unit is active (not archived or deactivated)

  • The unit is not hidden in Rentvine

Units that are hidden or inactive will not appear in RentCheck.

Step 2: Ensure the unit belongs to a synced portfolio and property type

Units will only sync based on the following conditions:

  • A unit is part of a portfolio that is selected in your Rentvine integration settings in RentCheck

  • A unit is designated as a property type that is also included in your integration filters

You can verify or update these settings under Rentvine > Data Sync Settings in your RentCheck account.

Step 3: Check that the unit data is complete

To sync successfully, a unit must have:

  • A valid address, including city, state, and ZIP code

  • A value for bedrooms and bathrooms

Incomplete or missing data may prevent the unit from syncing.

Step 4: Allow time for the sync to complete

Rentvine syncs with RentCheck every 24 hours. If you’ve recently made changes or added a unit in Rentvine, please note the following:

  • It will take up to one day for the update to appear in RentCheck

  • You can re-save your sync settings in RentCheck to help refresh the connection

Step 5: Remove or merge unsynced or duplicate units

If you’ve created a unit manually in RentCheck that also exists in Rentvine:

  • The unit may appear as a duplicate and will not sync automatically

  • We recommend merging the manually created version with the synced version from Rentvine using the property merge tool

Step 6: If the unit was previously deleted in RentCheck

If the unit was previously visible in RentCheck but is no longer showing, it may have been removed.

  • If you believe the unit was deleted by mistake, contact us via email (hello@getrentcheck.com) or via our chat support and we can check whether the unit was removed and help restore it if needed.
