To get started using RentCheck, it’s important to get your unit and resident information added.
Let’s take a look at how to pull your list of units and residents from Buildium so it can be uploaded to RentCheck.
Download your Data from Buildium
Within Buildium, select "Settings" on the left side of your screen.
2. Select “Export Data” on the drop-down menu and then select “Rentals”. Your unit portfolio will automatically download. Then select "Tenants". Your list of tenants will automatically download to your computer.
Upload your data to your RentCheck account
1. Sign in to your RentCheck account and first navigate to the "Properties" page. Select "New Property", then "Upload Units".
Select the "Rentals" file that was downloaded from Buildium and select "Upload".
2. Within RentCheck, navigate to the "Residents" page, then select "Upload Residents". Attach the "Tenants" file that was downloaded from Buildium and select "Upload".
