If you've been wondering how to customize how your inspection PDF report, look no further! Follow the steps below to customize your inspection PDF report from the RentCheck website.
Click the blue button with your initials in the top right of the web page, and select "Account"
From the Account page, go to "Inspection Report Settings".
3. Click the "Edit" button in the top right.
4. Edit sections across "Inspection Summary", "Inspection Features" and "Maintenance Flags".
5. Once you've made all the changes you need, make sure to select "Save".
Sample Use Cases:
To exclude the "Inspection Summary" section from the PDF report, toggle it off.
To remove Notes from the PDF report, unselect "Notes."
To include Estimated Costs for maintenance flags, select "Estimated Cost" under the Maintenance section.
