We’re excited to introduce our revamped Inspection Score, offering a more precise and comprehensive snapshot of your inspections!

This enhanced score not only brings you a more accurate snapshot of your inspections, but also highlights specific areas that may require attention.

How the Score is Calculated

The new inspection score evaluates several key aspects:

  • Property condition: We assess the property’s condition by examining feature ratings, notes, and maintenance flags. These details are key in providing a clear and detailed view of the property's shape.

  • Completeness: The score also takes into account the completeness of the inspection, including whether the majority of applicable features have been inspected and documented.

A Fresh New Look!

We’ve updated the inspection score interface to enhance clarity and usability. Here’s a breakdown of the new color system:

  • Green: Indicates that the property is in excellent condition. No major issues are present, and no immediate actions are needed. Scores between 80-100 fall into this category.

  • Gray: Signifies areas that could benefit from improvement. There may be some damage or concerns that need addressing. Scores between 50-80 are in this category.

  • Orange: Highlights areas requiring immediate attention. These sections need review or action to resolve significant issues. Scores below 50 fall into this category.

Areas of Concern

If there are specific areas of concern within the inspection, they will be displayed in the score breakdown, pictured here:

By focusing on these elements, our updated inspection score helps you identify and address areas needing attention more effectively.

We hope this enhancement will provide you with valuable insights, making it easier to manage your inspections!
