If you choose to use our new Residents (Dynamic Audience) Option it will no longer be necessary to manually assign residents to each and every inspection 🎉

This feature will work best when resident data is kept up to date; whether that is through an enabled integration or data sync, or completed manually.

For Periodic, Maintenance Check, Exterior, Move-out, and Annual inspections, we will invite Current Residents and for Move-in inspections we will invite Future Residents.

Current Residents are residents on a current lease for the given unit.

Future Residents are residents who are about to move in and are associated with the future lease.

For each inspection type selected we will indicate whether Current or Future residents will be invited to perform the inspection.

From the Inspection Details page you can see which specific residents are scheduled to receive inspection invites up to 7 days before the send date. If changes are needed - you are able to make edits before the send date.

A new line item, Unassigned (located in your Daily Snapshot on the Dashboard) is where we will highlight Inspection Invitations with an Invitation date of 7 days or less that do not have a matching resident(s). Clicking on Unassigned will take you to a list of Unassigned inspections - you can edit recipients and resident assignments by selecting the Assignee edit icon from the Inspection Details page.
