With RentCheck's Residents (dynamic audience) option, you can assign inspections to either current and future residents.
Select the ‘Residents’ option and RentCheck will automatically assign created and scheduled inspections to residents on the lease (current or future). This feature works best when resident data is kept up to date, whether through an enabled integration or data sync or done manually. This feature supports assigning move-in inspections ahead of time for future residents. Current and future lease statuses are based on move-in/move-out dates.
Create an inspection, choosing a unit and a template.
Select “Assign inspection”.
Select “Residents”
Select between “Current residents” or “Future residents”.
Select “Create”
