How to Reset Your Password
You can reset your RentCheck password from either the mobile app or the web browser. The steps look slightly different depending on where you start, so we’ve outlined both below.
Reset Your Password on the Mobile App
Open the RentCheck app.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
Enter the email associated with your account and tap Submit:
You’ll see a confirmation message letting you know an email has been sent:
Open the email from noreply@getrentcheck.com titled “Reset your password for RentCheck.”

Create your new password and sign back in.
Reset Your Password on the Web Browser
Go to the RentCheck login page in your browser:
Enter the email associated with your RentCheck account.
Click Rest Password.
Open the email from noreply@getrentcheck.com and click the reset link to reset your password:
If You Don’t Receive the Email
Try these steps:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email
Search your inbox for “RentCheck” or “noreply@getrentcheck.com”
Wait a minute. The email may take a moment
