Customizing your RentCheck inspection PDF reports and emails with your team's logo is a great way to enhance your branding. Follow these simple steps to co-brand your reports to make a professional impression!

Steps to Add Your Logo

  1. Log in to the RentCheck web app.

  2. Click on the blue circle with your initials located in the top right corner of the screen to open the global navigation bar.

  3. Select the "Teams" option.

  4. On your team’s page, find and select the gray “Add a Company Logo” button in the top right corner.

  5. A new window will pop up. Click on “Choose file”.

  6. Browse your files to select your logo.

  7. After selecting your logo, click “Save & Close” to apply the changes.

Viewing Your Logo

Once you’ve added your logo, it will automatically appear at the top right of the “Teams” page and at the top right of all inspection reports.. Additionally, your logo will be included in all RentCheck inspection invites and reminder emails.

Best Practices for Logo Upload

  • File Format: For optimal display, attach your logo as a .png or .jpg file.

  • Aspect Ratio: Use a logo with a 3:1 aspect ratio for best results (recommended dimensions: 360 px wide and 120 px tall).
