To share an inspection via email, click on the first icon. Enter the email addresses of your recipients and add a personal note if you wish!. After clicking “Share,” the recipients will receive an email inviting them to view or edit the inspection.

There are two sharing settings available:

View Only: Recipients can view and download the PDF report of the completed inspection.

Edit: Recipients can add comments, pictures, and notes, and submit the inspection for approval. This option is particularly useful for property managers who need to include additional pictures or information from residents.

The second option allows you to copy a shareable link. This link is saved to your clipboard and can be pasted or embedded into any email (e.g., "Download here"). When recipients click the link, they can download a PDF version of the inspection.

The final method is to download the inspection PDF directly to your local device. Once downloaded, you can attach the file in any email or messaging platform.
