Sample Lease Language
Add an addendum to your lease agreement to ensure residents participate in RentCheck inspections! This will help enforce the completion of inspection requests.
This sample lease verbiage is typically put in the main contract of the lease agreement under the Special Provision(s) and “What If” Clauses.
RentCheck Holdings Inc, is a 3rd party vendor that is used for property inspections. Its purpose is to ensure that monetary assessments are assigned fairly by both the Resident(s) and Landlord in regards to the physical wellbeing of the dwelling. The Landlord requires that the inspections listed and those not listed but assigned during tenancy be completed within the expressed deadline set by the Landlord or the Resident(s) could be submitted to a lease violation or fine schedule <insert fine schedule> unless express written permission from the landlord is given prior to the deadline. Inspections can include but are not limited to move-in, move-out, annual, periodic, exterior, and maintenance.
