Introducing TWO new inspection assignment options to make your experience with RentCheck easier and more efficient. 🎉

🏠 Our new Dynamic Resident Inspection Assignment option automatically assigns the correct resident(s) when inspection invitations are sent!

📆 This new Resident Assignment option is particularly helpful on inspections that are created in advance or scheduled on a recurring basis.

✅ A new line item, Unassigned (located in your Daily Snapshot on the Dashboard) is where we will highlight Inspection Invitations with an Invitation date of 7 days or less that do not have a matching resident(s).

✍ From the Inspection Details page you can see which residents are scheduled to receive inspection invites up to 7 days before the send date. Don’t worry! If changes are needed - you are able to make edits before the send date.

This feature will work best when resident data is kept up to date. Check out this article to ensure success.

To schedule inspections in bulk, first filter units or buildings from the Properties tab, and select the new Create Inspection option from the bulk action dropdown menu.

📱Teammates Assignment makes it possible to assign inspections to one or more teammates to perform. Teammates will see inspections assigned to them by default on the RentCheck mobile app.

☑️ Assigned to Me, a new quick filter, has been added to the Inspections Page in our Desktop Version and the Inspections Tab in our mobile app.

🔔 Notify Residents has been added when scheduling internal inspections for a teammate(s) to perform.

📧 When Notify Residents is selected, residents will be notified by email that an in-person inspection has been scheduled to be performed by the property management company on the due date you have set. These messages can include custom notes.
