We're excited to introduce RentCheck's new Notification Center, giving you complete control over your inspection notifications. The new Notification Center introduces personalized email notification preferences, allowing you to customize exactly which updates you receive.

How to Get Started
Log into your RentCheck account
Navigate to Account > Notification Preferences
Choose between Personal Settings and Account Defaults
Account default tab will only be visible if you have permission to edit the email preferences for your entire account
Customize each email notification according to your preferences
Choose When You Get Notified
Personal Settings
Your personal notification preferences put you in control of your workflow. You can now choose when you want to be notified about:
Inspections awaiting your review
Inspections that need revision review
Automation Failures
Note: The Automation Failure preference will only appear if you have permission to edit automation.
For each type of notification, you can choose:
Send me notifications: When you select this, you’ll have the option to choose:
All inspections: Get alerts for every inspection you have access to
Only inspections I’ve created: Receive alerts only for inspections you create (default setting)
Don’t notify me: Skip email alerts for that event
Account Default Settings
If you have permission to manage team settings via Permission Groups, use the “Account default” tab to set default email preferences for your entire team and new invites. These settings will be overwritten if the team members change their personal preferences.
Looking Ahead
