The RentCheck Dashboard gives insight into key inspection metrics designed to help you and your team better understand inspection health and performance.

It also includes a daily snapshot of tasks to help ensure inspections are on track and completed on time.

Helpful resources are also highlighted to help you get the most out of RentCheck.

Key Metrics

Key metrics at the top of the page include the Inspection Completion Rate, Revision Request Rate, and Resident Rating.

Inspection Completion Rate

The Inspection Completion Rate calculates the percentage of inspections with a due date within a specified date range that are completed on time.

Revision Request Rate

The Revision Request Rate calculates the percentage of completed requested inspections with a due date within a specified date range where a revision has been requested.

Resident Rating

This is the average rating your residents have given when asked about their experience performing an inspection on RentCheck. Residents are asked to rate their RentCheck experience immediately after submitting their first inspection.

Key Metric Filters

You can use filters to see how the above stats have changed over time or how they compare by type of inspection (unit, building, or community) in addition to team or building (for unit inspections).

Daily Snapshot

You can think of your Daily Snapshot as your to-do list to help ensure inspections are on track and completed on time. The Daily Snapshot is updated daily at a minimum and includes the following items.

Inspections Awaiting Review

A count of inspections across your teams that have been submitted for review and approval. Click here for the list and review and approve.

Inspections Almost Due

A count of incomplete inspections across your teams with due dates coming up within the next three days. Click here for the list and take action by sending reminders or extending due dates.

Overdue Inspections

A count of overdue inspections. These are inspections across your teams that have not been completed on time. Take action by sending reminders, extending due dates, or archiving.

Undelivered Inspection Requests

These are inspections where an email invite or reminder bounced or dropped within the last 24 hours.

Check this list to review the accuracy of email addresses and update if needed to help ensure future reminders and notifications are successfully delivered.

Revision Requested

A count of inspections with an outstanding revision request. Revisions are typically requested from an inspection that required additional information or photos.

Awaiting Signature

These are inspections with outstanding signature requests. An inspection will be removed from the list once signature request recipients have signed off by adding their digital signature to the inspection.

Ensure signature requests don't fall through the cracks by staying on top of this list and following up with signature request recipients as needed.

Units at Risk

Units at Risk are units that have not had an inspection completed within the last 6 months.

Take action by scheduling inspections for these units.
