With our upcoming Residents (dynamic audience) option it will no longer be necessary to manually assign residents to each and every inspection.

Select this option and we will automatically assign the correct and active residents when current and future inspection invites are sent. This feature will work best when resident data is kept up to date, whether that is through an enabled integration or data sync, or done manually.

It's worth noting that for Periodic, Maintenance Check, Exterior, Move-out, and Annual inspections, we will invite Current residents, or in other words, residents on a current lease for the given unit. For Move-in inspections we will invite Future residents, or in other words, residents who are about to move in and are associated with the future lease (and tied to the move-in inspection).

For each inspection type selected, and as noted above, we will indicate which residents will be invited to perform the inspection.

We will also be expanding on the Myself or My Team option soon which will make it possible to assign inspections to individual teammates. With this update, residents will be notified of upcoming in person inspections scheduled, and teammates will be able to easily filter and view inspections assigned to them.
