Select Save to apply your changes.
Your Inspection Report Settings are organized into three sections: Inspection Summary, Inspection Features, and Maintenance Flags. Each section can be enabled or disabled using the toggle in the upper-right corner. You can also customize the individual options within each section.
Important: If a section is disabled, none of its information will appear in the PDF report, regardless of which individual options are selected.

Resident Name & Contact Details: Displays the name and email address of the person who completed the inspection, whether a resident or a team member.

Additional Information About Timestamps
When the Timestamp setting is enabled, the capture date and time will appear alongside each media item in the inspection PDF.
Please keep in mind:
Timestamps are displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
The Timestamp setting is disabled by default.
This setting only affects inspection PDF reports. Timestamps remain visible in the web app's image viewer and comparison reports.
Maintenance Flags
The Maintenance Flags section allows you to control which maintenance flags and related details appear in your inspection reports:
Maintenance flags are organized into three categories based on responsibility:
Owner Responsible Flags: Maintenance flags assigned to the property owner.
Resident Responsible Flags: Maintenance flags assigned to the resident.
Uncategorized Responsible Flags: Maintenance flags without an assigned responsibility.
Each category can be enabled or disabled independently.
You can also choose which information to include for each category:
Estimated Cost: Displays the estimated repair cost associated with the maintenance flag.
Flag Notes: Displays the description entered when the maintenance flag was created.
Internal Notes: Displays internal notes added to the maintenance flag.
Important: Internal Notes may contain information intended only for your team. If you share inspection reports with residents or property owners, we recommend disabling Internal Notes before downloading or sharing the report.
