Residents will be notified of their upcoming inspections at the following intervals before the due date if their inspection invite has already been sent:
2 weeks prior
1 week prior
72 hours prior
48 hours prior
24 hours prior
On the day of the inspection
After the inspection due date has passed, residents will receive overdue reminders at the following intervals:
24 hours after
48 hours after
72 hours after
Tip: You can always see when reminders were sent by going to the Inspections Details Page > Manage > View Inspection Timeline.
